Today we begin our virtual adventure with Mexican Wines.
I have a group on Facebook where I have been sending messages with information about some Mexican Wineries and their Wines. So if you are on Facebook, dont hesitate to join the Group, I also invite you to share your experiences with Mexican wines with us!
Today we will talk about Adobe Guadalupe “The land where the Angels sing”

Don and Tru Miller (owners) say: “Adobe Guadalupe is much more than a winery, it´s a new way of life, a dream come true” and my oh my…how right they are!
Along with the star Enologist from Ensenada, Hugo D´Acosta, they produce heavenly wines, all with Archangels names: Serafiel, Kerubiel, Gabriel, Uriel and Miguel, most of them won prizes in México and Spain.
Thay are all well balanced and extremely fruity wines that will certainly have us all talking about them (and drinking them of course) for more than one occasion.
Gabriel is a Red, made of a blend of Merlot 55%, Cabernet Franc 6%, Malbec 28%, Cinsault 11% Production: 13,200 bottles
Serafiel is a Red made with a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon 72%, Syrah 28%, Production: 13,400 bottles
Kerubiel is a Red made of a blend of Syrah 38%, Tempranillo 6%, Mourvedre 16%, Grenache 16%, Cinsault 16%, Viognier 3%, Merlot 5%, Production: 13,600 bottles
Miguel is another great Red made of a blend of Tempranillo 80%, Grenache 15%, Cabernet Sauvignon 5%, Production: 13,500 bottles
Uriel is a Rose made of a blend of Cabernet Franc, Tempranillo, Grenache, Chenin Blanc, Moscatel, Viognier, Syrah, Production: 4,800 bottles

They also have a beautiful bed & breakfast where you can really feel close to the vineyard, interacting with the owners, tasting their wines, buying goods at their store (pure olive oil, honey, etc), go horse back riding around the Vineyards and the Olive trees and why not? buy a piece of art from their studio.
Each May they host “The Horse and Wine Festival” an event full of music, wine and good paellas!

Adobe Guadalupe was designed by Nassir Haghighat, a Persian architect who took advantage of the natural conditions in the valley to build the hacienda. The building style of Adobe Guadalupe is much influenced by the architecture of the desert in Iran.
There is no doubt, Adobe Guadalupe really IS a heavenly experience!
Salud and Viva México!
